At Justice Jená TV, we understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. Our policies are designed to be fair, flexible, and respectful of both our clients’ needs and the time reserved for your project.

By booking services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Services

Justice Jená TV provides custom creative services including photography, video production, and brand content.

Because these services involve reserved time, preparation, and creative labor:

• Services are non-returnable

• Digital files cannot be returned once delivered

• Payments cover time, expertise, and production resources

2. Retainers & Booking Fees

A retainer is required to secure your date.

• Retainers typically range from 25%–50% of the service total

• Your session is not confirmed until payment is received

• Retainers are non-refundable but transferable under the rescheduling terms below

This allows us to hold your time exclusively.

3. Flexible Rescheduling Policy

We offer flexibility whenever possible.

Clients may reschedule one time at no cost with at least 48 hours notice.

Rescheduled dates must occur within 60 days of the original booking (subject to availability).

Additional reschedules may require a small rebooking fee.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel completely:

More than 5 days before service

• Payments (minus retainer) may be credited toward a future booking within 60 days

Within 5 days of service

• Payments are non-refundable

• Credit may be issued at our discretion

Within 24 hours or same-day cancellation

• Considered a late cancellation

• Payments are forfeited due to reserved time and preparation

We always try to work with clients when emergencies occur.

5. Late Arrivals

Sessions begin at the scheduled time.

If you arrive late:

• Session time may be shortened

• Deliverables may be adjusted accordingly

• Additional time may be added if available (additional fee)

6. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive or communicate within 20 minutes of the scheduled time will be considered a no-show.

No-shows result in forfeiture of payments.

A new booking will be required.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided once:

• Services have been performed

• Production has started

• Editing work has begun

• Files have been delivered

However, client satisfaction is important to us. If concerns arise, we encourage open communication so we can find a solution.

8. Revisions & Satisfaction

If you are unhappy with your deliverables:

• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Reasonable revisions will be considered when possible

• Extensive edits or additional requests may incur fees

Creative style is subjective and consistent with the Justice Jená TV portfolio.

9. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Arriving prepared and on time

• Wardrobe, makeup, and styling unless included

• Securing location permissions when needed

• Communicating expectations clearly before the session

10. Our Commitment

If Justice Jená TV must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances:

• We will offer rescheduling, OR

• Provide a full refund of payments made

Our liability is limited to the amount paid.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control including weather, venue restrictions, emergencies, or acts of God.

12. Agreement

Submitting payment confirms acceptance of these policies.
